What resolution? *looking innocent*
It's been more than a month since my last entry.And God how things have changed...
I now get less sleep than those days, averaging about 4 - 5 hours compared to 6 - 7.
It doesn't help that I now have uni classes again and have assignments to do *blech*
Have also been putting in crazy hours at work but it's not too bad now.
Pimples have gone worse due to lack of sleep... aargh ... I need to be picture perfect for my friend's wedding next Jan.
Weight: probably the same.
Though I pigged out on junk today, to try to keep myself awake.
I've half given up on the whole oatmeal in the morning, exercise idea, and unfortunately I've had chips on more than one occasion since the last blog entry... I really should get over this addiction to junk

its supposed to be good..
the problem is that its hard to stick with a diet cos it gets boring after like 2 weeks

Yeah but I heard something about how it doesn't work ;)
In any case, it's more a matter of me not eating junk totally and just exercising more. I'm going rowing these days though :) twice a week hehe
I've read a bit of it.. i think it's promoting wellness more than weightloss tho... coz the results are pretty average
