Resolution Update
1. Resolution 1 worked out ok but I'm still not going regularly enough.Trying to balance exercise with social lunches doesn't quite work out.
Didn't help that I had a few work lunches to attend last week either.
2. Have not had chips (or at least alot of chips, I've allowed myself 1 or 2) since .... 7 days ago! Go me! 1 week and counting before I break this habit.
3. I think this is going alright - yes it needs improvement. My breakfast will from now on consist of as much oatmeal and lunch will consist of non-oily salads.
Weight's still 63 though.
Back of arms still flabby but have gained some bicep muscle.
Aren't these supposed to burn off more fat after exercise?!

yea im trying to burn off my spare tire too..
keep at it though!
i just recently bought the CSIRO diet book....so hopefully that will help
man i gotta to more weights
