New Resolution!

  1. Start going to the gym regularly to get some exercise
  2. Eat less chips and other snacks
  3. Eat less in general but have more fruit

I'm targeting a weight loss of 10kgs. My original, original weight was around the high 60s a few years ago. I've lost weight since then but have hovered over the 61-63 marks. I'm targetting 55 and less by December/January (I'm supposed to bridesmaid at a friend's wedding then ;).

I'm hoping I can at least get down to a 50+ but 55 is definitely the top target.
