New Resolution!
- Start going to the gym regularly to get some exercise
- Eat less chips and other snacks
- Eat less in general but have more fruit
I'm targeting a weight loss of 10kgs. My original, original weight was around the high 60s a few years ago. I've lost weight since then but have hovered over the 61-63 marks. I'm targetting 55 and less by December/January (I'm supposed to bridesmaid at a friend's wedding then ;).
I'm hoping I can at least get down to a 50+ but 55 is definitely the top target.
